New Year’s Snowfall Means Big Jewelry Savings
Loudoun Jewelry has announced a promotion whereby all purchases between November 1st and December 24th will be fully refunded if NOAA National Weather Service in Sterling, Virginia records a snowfall of at least three inches on January 1st, 2016.
David Sackadorf, President of Loudoun Jewelry, announced the promotion this week. “As the holiday shopping season moves into full swing, we thought it would be nice to offer our customers a chance at a virtually free shopping spree . . . inclement weather permitting!”
“We have a tremendous inventory of fine jewelry, diamonds and watches perfect for holiday gift giving” Mr. Sackadorf continued. “And given the Old Farmer’s Almanac’s forecast for a cold and snowy winter, our customers could be very happy even as they have to dig out from a New Year’s Day snowfall.”
Mr. Sackadorf has purchased an insurance policy for the promotion and would like nothing better than to be able to refund his customers. Like all business arrangements, there are rules and, of course, the rebates would not include state and local sales tax.
