Typically, transactions take fifteen to twenty minutes. Larger transactions with multiple items and or rare and unusual items may take longer. Our goal is to provide you with the highest offer in the industry. Some items may require more time in order to reach that goal.

This includes: Appraisals, certificates and grading reports.
Signed jewelry and fine watches with original certificates, warranty cards, books, manuals and original packaging will obtain our highest offer.
When I bring in my jewelry, will it be examined in front of me?

Our rates and fees vary but the typical loan is 10%.
What if I would like to redeem my loan earlier?
By law we must retain the items for a 15-day hold period. After that no problem, just keep in mind the rates and fees are for the thirty-day period.
What if I cannot redeem my merchandise after 30 days?
Loudoun Jewelry has a 15 day grace period, past the 15th day the property becomes ours.
